The cost depends on the actual speaking time — not the file duration. A typical one-hour interview contains about 50 minutes of speech (the rest being silences and pauses); only those minutes are billed. Check the pricing block above for the exact rate per minute in your currency.
No. When you submit a file, your account is initially debited for the full audio duration. After processing, silences are detected and the corresponding amount is automatically credited back to your account. You only pay for actual speech.
No. There is no monthly subscription, no minimum commitment, and no recurring fees. You buy credit when you need it and use it at your own pace. Your credit never expires.
You purchase credit in advance (by card, PayPal, or bank transfer for businesses). When a transcription is launched, the estimated cost is debited. After processing, any unbilled time (silences) is credited back. Unused credit stays on your account indefinitely.
Yes. A degressive pricing tier applies automatically once you exceed a certain volume of speaking time. The reduced rate is shown in the pricing block above. For very large volumes or specific business needs, contact us to discuss a custom quote.
